Characterizing the stem/progenitor cell of origin of high fatality pediatric leukemia

The goal of this research project is to characterize the functional heterogeneity of cord blood-derived normal stem and progenitor cells, synthetic leukemias, and primary specimens, to identify the cell of origin of leukemias and AML/AMKL-specific functional dependencies and genetic vulnerabilities.

This project relies on bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing, in addition to in vitro and in vivo functional assays
